Kiela was born in Atlantis. She was born with green hair and blue skin. Most of her body was covered with seashells and seaweed. Her tail was the colors were blue and green. Her mom gave  her a special wand  with a crystal in it. That crystal ment she could watch the good and bad people. What was cool about her was, she had a nakclace And that nakclace had a jewel. The jewel was two legs. Every time she got in the sand,  and said legs come three times, her tail would become legs. But there was a problem. Everwere she would go, people would look at her because her face was blue. There was no way she would be pail. Those scratches are her gills.
